Lead GTM analytics across performance measurement, channel economics, data governance, forecasting, planning, and executive reporting. Own metric definitions, data standards, analytical priorities, and business requirements while partnering with Marketing, Data Science, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering. Analyze funnel, attribution, CAC, payback, conversion, retention, pipeline, and territory performance, translating findings into investment recommendations and strategic decisions for senior leadership.

Serves as embedded product counsel for Product, Engineering, and Design teams from product scoping through launch. Advises on healthcare regulations, privacy, data use, AI features, intellectual property, customer-facing disclosures, contracts, and compliance architecture. Builds scalable legal processes including launch checklists, playbooks, review standards, self-service guidance, and training. Requires strong judgment on unsettled regulatory issues, cross-functional communication, and experience supporting regulated consumer products in high-growth environments.

Reviews marketing and customer-facing materials for regulatory compliance, performs monitoring and control testing, handles KYB/KYC and transaction-monitoring escalations, supports enhanced due diligence, maintains compliance records, assists with audits and examinations, partners with internal teams, and tracks employee compliance training.
