Leadership is really open to new ideas and encourages all employees to join in on the conversation when it comes to changes within the company! There is a big focus on education and the "whys" behind product decisions.

TextUs encourages employees to work hard but also rest hard. I've never felt pressured to marry my job in order to be successful. Quality is valued over quantity. I feel that they care about me as a person and an employee, not JUST the bottom line.

The remote culture is fantastic. We are rooted in a team first approach so it does not feel like I’m on an island. This allows us to have fun and easily accomplish tasks.
