Advise veterans, dependents, and active-duty students on Title 38 and state educational benefits; certify enrollment and report changes to the VA; maintain accurate, confidential student records; monitor student status and payments; collaborate statewide with departments; prepare reports and assist with audits; maintain regulatory knowledge and complete required training to serve as a school certifying official.

Serve as liaison between Student Learning and External Relations to plan, resource, and deliver workforce training programs. Manage resource allocation, capacity assessment, curriculum development support, project plans, budgets, tracking, and stakeholder communication. Maintain training records, assist faculty credentialing and payroll submission, and use labor market data to shape programs.

Lead fiscal operations for the External Relations Division by managing procurement, contracts, travel, budgets, and financial data reporting. Drive process improvements, maintain policy compliance, produce dashboards and analyses to support decision-making, provide training and customer support, and collaborate with Financial Services to monitor expenditures and identify cost savings.
