Supervise semiconductor fab technicians and manage production-area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritize schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability. Administer procedures and budgets, recommend capital expenditures and labor budgets, and develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Participate in a rotational human resources development program supporting HR business partnering and specialist functions such as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and development. Analyze workforce needs, develop HR solutions, support talent and training initiatives, improve recruiting and communication strategies, and complete hands-on projects with business leaders. The program includes formal training, networking, and potential international assignments before placement on a permanent HR team.

Participate in pricing strategy, operations, analytics, and customer pricing execution. Interns help establish pricing guidelines, analyze market and competitive data, identify trends, recommend price adjustments, collaborate with regional and business teams, and develop or refine tools supporting pricing analysis and revenue growth.
