Sells and closes new mid-market SaaS customers in assigned markets through prospecting, relationship building, product demonstrations, negotiations, proposals, and contract execution. Maintains CRM activity, develops outreach strategies, manages pipelines and forecasts, attends industry events, and uses travel for prospecting and onsite meetings. The role requires quota-carrying outside sales experience, frequent travel within Colorado, and residence in or relocation to Denver.

Coordinates field installation projects by managing schedules, work orders, implementation plans, customer follow-up, expense and timesheet audits, asset-to-tracker verification, and cross-functional workflows. Supports mechanics with tools and hardware, assists with change orders and training, resolves project issues, and identifies scheduling efficiencies. Requires strong organization, communication, construction or logistics experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. This is a remote, nationwide role with up to 10% travel.

Creates and manages written and video content for customer engagement, training, employee education, branded materials, email campaigns, and marketing. Collaborates with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams; gathers stakeholder feedback; meets customers to scope training needs; analyzes content performance; and supports content strategy and project execution.
