Teams at Temenos

Owns day-to-day customer operations for Regions Bank through go-live and stabilization. Leads service readiness, incident swarming, risk management, escalation, root-cause follow-through, and coordination across SaaS, application, data, infrastructure, and account teams. The role establishes clear accountability, builds customer trust, and develops a repeatable operational playbook that may later scale across the Americas.

Drive regional revenue by recruiting, onboarding, and managing strategic partners. Develop joint sales strategies, lead partner-led and direct selling efforts, use CRM and sales tools to track performance, overcome buyer resistance, strengthen customer relationships via partners, and monitor market and competitor trends to position Temenos solutions.

Hunt and close new-logo enterprise deals with U.S. regional banks ($15B-$50B assets). Develop territory strategy, build C-level relationships, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partner with pre-sales and services, displace incumbents, and consistently exceed revenue and new-logo targets.
