The Business Development Representative will manage a book of accounts, engage prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and troubleshoot production communications systems using Telnyx APIs, AI voice, messaging, wireless, SIP, and WebRTC. Lead POCs through production launches, own customer outcomes, document solutions, resolve complex integrations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements. Travel 10–30% to customer sites for deployments, workshops, and escalations.

Design, build, and operate production services that enable AI agents to participate in meetings, browse and search the web, communicate by email, make payments, and complete tasks. Develop reliable agent interfaces and workflows, improve platform safety, observability, testing, and operational reliability, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn emerging use cases into maintainable products.
