The VP of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for overseeing risk management frameworks, sustainability strategies, and EHS programs to support Telix Pharmaceuticals' mission and ensure business resilience and compliance.

Lead and coordinate CMC strategies and deliverables for radiopharmaceutical programs across development through regulatory submission. Manage cross-functional teams, CDMO/CMO selection and relationships, project dashboards, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance (GxP). Provide status updates to senior management and enable global hand-offs to commercial lifecycle management.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, support cross-functional collaboration, improve deployment reliability, and mentor team members.
