Lead full lifecycle customer projects for Technosylva SaaS products: develop plans, coordinate technical teams and clients, manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications, use PM tools (Notion, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office/Google Apps), drive process improvements, and support leadership and strategic planning to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the Planning product evolution, focusing on wildfire and extreme weather risk mitigation, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the platform for utilities and insurance markets.
