Translate wildfire, weather, fire behavior modeling, and risk analytics concepts into actionable guidance. Lead training, business reviews, issue resolution, customer advisory activities, and success metrics reporting. Represent customer needs in product planning and improve customer success processes, playbooks, and engagement models.

Manage strategic SaaS customer relationships across fire agencies and utilities, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer education. Translate wildfire, meteorological, and risk analytics concepts into operational guidance, resolve escalated issues, conduct business reviews, analyze customer health metrics, and represent customer needs in product planning. The role also develops success playbooks, leads advisory activities, and improves customer success processes.

Lead full lifecycle customer projects for Technosylva SaaS products: develop plans, coordinate technical teams and clients, manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications, use PM tools (Notion, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office/Google Apps), drive process improvements, and support leadership and strategic planning to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations and customer satisfaction.

Lead brand strategy and digital presence for a B2B climate-tech SaaS company. Translate complex science and AI into clear narratives, own visual and messaging standards, manage website/SEO/GEO, optimize digital channels, oversee UX and content strategy, manage agencies and freelancers, build scalable creative resources, and leverage AI tools to scale work. Serve as a cross-functional brand steward and thought partner to marketing, product, and leadership.
