Design end-to-end UX for a modern enterprise platform replacing legacy systems: conduct discovery, create personas, wireframes, Figma prototypes, run usability tests, ensure WCAG accessibility, collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, and build reusable design system components for information-dense workflows.

Implement, audit, and optimize Google Analytics and GTM tracking; ensure data integrity and ingestion into the data warehouse; run analyses, A/B tests, and funnel/segmentation work; document implementations and collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to provide actionable insights.
