Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise automations and integrations using TeamDynamix products. Consult directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, provide technical support, train users, and resolve complex problems. The role also contributes to project updates, knowledge-base content, service delivery improvements, and internal technical enablement while managing multiple client assignments.

Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manage Octopus Deploy releases, configure Azure infrastructure, and develop C# code. Diagnose performance and production issues across applications, databases, pipelines, and infrastructure. Improve observability through logging, metrics, and alerting; conduct code reviews; troubleshoot complex problems; and collaborate with engineering and product teams to plan and deliver releases.

Lead customer expansion and retention marketing for a B2B SaaS platform. Build and execute cross-sell, upsell, events, webinars, advocacy, and account-based campaigns; measure impact and partner with sales, product marketing, and operations to drive expansion revenue and customer advocacy.
