Own the full enterprise sales cycle for offensive cybersecurity technology, from outbound pipeline generation and discovery through proof-of-value evaluations, procurement, close, forecasting, and account expansion. Sell to CISOs, security leaders, and red teams in large US enterprises, building business cases for six-figure deals. Collaborate with solution engineers, founders, and product teams while helping establish the company’s sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.

Own the technical sales lifecycle for an offensive security platform, including enterprise evaluations, technical scoping, demos, security reviews, live evaluation support, and customer handoffs. Develop evidence, narratives, demo environments, playbooks, and reusable technical assets. Partner with sales, product, research, and delivery teams while providing product feedback. Resolve customer issues independently and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Onboard and support customers deploying IoT devices, troubleshoot cellular and network connectivity issues, analyze packets, train users on platform and APIs, configure account features, monitor network health, and resolve escalations. The role also contributes to technical documentation, internal tools, customer reviews, and back-office customer success projects while supporting French-speaking customers.
