Lead architecture and technical strategy for an off-platform AI tier and agent stack. Design and build MCP server, internal PM and Execution agents, and an External Onboarding Agent. Implement retrieval, evals, observability, and guardrails. Drive design-partner engagements, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers to productionize LLM/agent systems.

Manage post-sale onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers: own projects, lead discovery and solution design, configure TaskRay in Salesforce, run training, support testing/deployment, and track onboarding KPIs to drive time-to-value and customer satisfaction.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven agents in the Salesforce ecosystem. Run discovery, prototype and pre-sell designs, write PRDs, partner with Sales, CS, and Engineering, measure adoption, and shape pricing/packaging and delivery for enterprise customers.
