Teams at Tapestry - Coach and Kate Spade

Provides personalized luxury retail service, builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include styling customers, cross-selling, using POS and clienteling tools, processing transactions, receiving and replenishing inventory, visual merchandising, maintaining sales-floor standards, and supporting team initiatives. Requires flexible availability, customer focus, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting and maneuvering merchandise.

Serve as a Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail experiences, building client relationships, styling customers, driving sales, and meeting individual and store KPIs. Operate POS and clienteling tools, support social selling, process transactions, replenish inventory, receive shipments, maintain sales-floor standards, and assist with visual merchandising and store operations. Work collaboratively on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
