Field-based, quota-carrying role to build and grow referral partnerships with medical practices and health systems. Prospect and convert new partners, manage and expand existing accounts, run office visits and presentations, establish referral workflows, track CRM activity, and execute territory plans to hit referral growth and retention targets.

Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care (intakes and follow-ups) for lower-to-moderate acuity patients across the lifespan. Maintain clinical autonomy, coordinate with in-house therapists, and work with full operational support for scheduling, billing, and licensing. Set your own schedule within clinical standards; no inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage required.

Lead the creation of SRE practices across six product teams: define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, reduce outages, automate toil with IaC and tooling, run production readiness reviews, and train teams to improve incident detection and reliability.
