Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care (intakes and follow-ups) for lower-to-moderate acuity patients across the lifespan. Maintain clinical autonomy, coordinate with in-house therapists, and work with full operational support for scheduling, billing, and licensing. Set your own schedule within clinical standards; no inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage required.

Owns administration, compliance, reconciliation, analytics, vendor management, and open enrollment for employee benefits programs. Leads the transition from fully insured or level-funded medical plans to self-funded plans, including plan design, stop-loss procurement, financial modeling, and implementation. Manages ACA reporting, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PCORI, multi-entity compliance, carrier relationships, employee communications, audits, and benefits system integrations.

Deliver clinician orientation, develop instructor-led and eLearning content, support leadership and DEIB learning programs, and collaborate with corporate and clinical teams on learning initiatives. The role requires facilitating adult education, managing LMS content, using instructional design tools, communicating with diverse audiences, and contributing to learning and development strategy.
