Owns technical activation of ARIES across customer accounts, translating legal workflows into use cases, configuring and validating deployments, monitoring adoption, and mitigating risks. Partners with Value Experience, Customer Success, Services, Engineering, Information Security, Product, and AI Engineering teams to deliver secure onboarding and sustained usage. Supports training materials, executive alignment, and feedback into product roadmaps. Requires legal technology or operations expertise, generative AI fluency, strong customer-facing skills, and up to 25% travel.

Serves as the embedded finance partner to a business division CEO and leadership team. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, SaaS metric consistency, risk identification, cost savings, and operational efficiency initiatives. Supports monthly and quarterly close, board and lender reporting, cross-functional finance operations, and M&A synergy tracking and integration.

Build AI-first SaaS features including LLM workflows, RAG, and agents; design agentic development pipelines with automated testing and quality gates; review code and architecture; ensure security, scalability, and accuracy; participate in on-call support; mentor teammates; and improve AI-agent specifications, evaluations, documentation, and integrations.

Own graphic design delivery, design systems, brand governance, and visual identity for Mitratech’s Legal division. Create multimedia assets for digital, print, web, social, email, presentations, and events. Build reusable templates and modular assets, audit brand usage, support brand development, and ensure cohesive execution across global teams. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, corporate brand, and events stakeholders while managing multiple projects and evolving the division’s design identity.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services for a B2B SaaS application. Write tested code primarily in Go, manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries, and research AI-powered tools for software development and CI/CD optimization. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions. Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to technical excellence.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, GL schedules, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The role also supports M&A integration, technical accounting, policy maintenance, process improvement, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting across a multi-entity structure.

Lead end-to-end AI product work across Mitratech's shared AI platform and customer experiences. Set strategy and roadmap, convert ambiguous problems into shipped, enterprise-grade features, partner with engineering and design, prioritize based on customer feedback, and represent products to senior stakeholders and customers.

Provides technical leadership and architectural oversight for scalable AI-integrated software. Designs agentic AI systems, MCPs, APIs, RAG solutions, microservices, and prompt strategies; decomposes product goals into engineering tasks; reviews human- and AI-generated code; mentors distributed developers; and improves DevOps and CI/CD pipelines with AI-enhanced testing and reviews.

Develop and maintain web and AI-based enterprise applications through design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews. Integrate AI-assisted and agentic development tools into engineering workflows, manage context and harness engineering, and mentor teammates on responsible AI use. Collaborate across teams, lead projects and design efforts, improve processes and technology choices, and build secure, scalable services using modern backend stacks, REST APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and CI practices.
