Own the full lifecycle of rapidly incubated B2B software products, from ambiguous problem definition through minimum sellable product, early go-to-market, customer feedback, and business-unit handoff. Lead AI-native engineering pods, manage design partners, maintain product documentation and roadmaps, drive delivery under fixed deadlines, and communicate with customers, sales, and senior stakeholders. Rotate across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR problem spaces while helping establish Catalyst’s product development playbooks.

Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on net revenue retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion. Build account plans, manage revenue pipelines, forecast accurately, conduct value-based customer reviews, and resolve inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer experiences while maintaining industry and competitive knowledge.

Supports technical escalations by investigating, reproducing, and diagnosing customer issues; communicates with stakeholders; develops and deploys code fixes; performs root-cause analysis; improves documentation and runbooks; and follows secure development practices. The role uses Go and Ruby on Rails, relational databases, SQL, Unix shell scripting, and AI-assisted development tools in a fully remote environment.
