Design, implement, and maintain SaaS features using Python and React on AWS. Lead system design, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, AI-integrated development (LLMs and AI coding agents), prompt engineering, testing (Cypress), and on-call production support. Mentor teammates and ensure secure, scalable, well-documented software.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development for internal data initiatives. Own intake, discovery, and requirements documentation for analytics, BI, and reporting. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and reporting logic. Maintain a prioritized backlog, support stakeholder validation of prototypes, participate in agile ceremonies, and resolve requirement gaps and risks to ensure development can execute independently.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of a Legal Managed Bill Review product with an AI-first mindset. Define roadmap, write requirements, partner with engineering and data teams, track success metrics, and drive stakeholder and client engagement. Manage a distributed agile team, promote AI-assisted tooling, and align go-to-market and adoption strategies while ensuring compliance, configurability, and operational reliability.
