Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS healthcare accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive product adoption, customer ROI, retention, and account growth; lead QBRs and EBRs; resolve issues; coordinate cross-functional teams; educate customers on product capabilities; and represent customer feedback to Product and R&D teams. The role requires strategic stakeholder management, technical credibility with IT teams, and approximately 20% travel.

Leads a frontline team by managing queues, staffing coverage, productivity, quality, and daily performance. Provides real-time coaching, handles initial client and call escalations, identifies workflow blockers and trends, and communicates product feedback to operations, customer success, and development teams.

The Director of Partnerships will build and scale TailorMed’s strategic partnerships function. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing the partnership operating model, establishing KPIs, identifying new opportunities, coordinating cross-functional execution, evaluating business cases and economics, supporting negotiations, and bringing market insights into company strategy. The role requires strong commercial judgment, healthcare industry experience, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
