Own day-to-day execution of live client ERP implementations, including client communication, project tracking, data and gap analysis, release validation, testing, training, go-live readiness, and roadmap feedback. Coordinate closely with engineering, account management, and senior product management to ensure commitments are delivered and clients remain informed. This development role offers progression toward Senior Product Manager based on performance.

The Senior Bilingual Software Engineer will align U.S. teams with the Platform Core team in Japan, focusing on high-impact problems and maximizing platform leverage through clear communication and collaboration.

Lead product design for customer deployments: conduct discovery with customers, translate complex workflows into flows/wireframes/prototypes, own design direction, bridge customers/product/engineering, build reusable design patterns, and inform the product roadmap from deployment learnings.
