Own day-to-day execution of live client ERP implementations, including client communication, project tracking, data and gap analysis, release validation, testing, training, go-live readiness, and roadmap feedback. The Senior Bilingual Software Engineer will align U.S. teams with the Platform Core team in Japan, focusing on high-impact problems and maximizing platform leverage through clear communication and collaboration.

Lead product design for customer deployments: conduct discovery with customers, translate complex workflows into flows/wireframes/prototypes, own design direction, bridge customers/product/engineering, build reusable design patterns, and inform the product roadmap from deployment learnings.
