Lead product and engineering teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and maintain contact-center and sales applications. Manage hiring, vendor relationships, backlog prioritization, SDLC delivery, performance management, and stakeholder alignment. Drive modernization, documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, scalable products that support frontline agents.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Mint Mobile products: define vision and strategy, conduct customer and market research, prioritize backlog, write features/user stories, partner with engineering and stakeholders, run experiments/A-B tests, track product health, and support go-to-market and adoption efforts.

Lead and coach a UXR and analytics team to deliver ecommerce analytics, dashboards, A/B test measurement, and data-driven recommendations that improve conversion and customer experience. Own reporting strategy for CRO, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive analytical rigor, storytelling, and commercial impact.
