Drives digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com, translating business and product requirements into scalable ecommerce customer journeys and UX requirements. Partners with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams through discovery, testing, and launch. Owns UX impact assessments, stakeholder alignment, KPI development, and continuous optimization to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Manages MintMobile.com’s ecommerce digital experience operations, roadmap, experimentation program, promotional launches, and cross-functional project execution. Leads a digital experience team, coordinates stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering, and maintains program documentation, tracking, reporting, and operational workflows. Uses customer insights, analytics, A/B testing, and process improvement to optimize digital journeys, strengthen customer experiences, and improve business performance.

Owns Mint Mobile’s ecommerce product marketing, including on-site merchandising, promotional campaigns, landing page strategy, content hierarchy, and promotional calendar management. Partners with Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, and Ecommerce teams to create effective digital experiences. Uses customer insights and business data to improve engagement, conversion, revenue, campaign scalability, and speed to market.
