Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise Oracle, Ingres, and Microsoft SQL Server databases in a high-availability federal environment. Responsibilities include database design, modeling, tuning, security, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, migrations, backup and disaster recovery, capacity planning, and DevSecOps integration. The role supports Agile development, cloud readiness, audit readiness, and mission-critical logistics, maintenance, financial, and operational applications for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Supports federal programs by translating business needs into technical requirements, documenting processes and APIs, analyzing data, supporting Agile ceremonies, testing, UAT, integrations, change control, implementation, governance, and audit readiness. Collaborates with government stakeholders, product and program managers, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and external partners. Uses SQL and reporting tools to build dashboards, identify defects, improve processes, and ensure compliance with federal standards and security requirements.

Develops Power Platform and Blazor Hybrid applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Translates business requirements into scalable Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET, C#, and MAUI solutions; builds REST integrations, authentication, security, automation, and data models. Provides technical guidance, documentation, presentations, and ongoing support while applying secure coding and AI-assisted development practices.
