Processes and validates DME orders, patient information, prescriber details, and equipment requests. Responds to inquiries, coordinates with providers, advocates for patients, maintains accurate records, protects confidential health information under HIPAA, resolves escalated issues, meets service and productivity goals, and identifies workflow improvements. This is a fully onsite role in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Review, validate, and maintain DME medical documentation to ensure payer, clinical, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate precertification/recertification, audit patient files, obtain clarifications from providers, run insurance cost estimates, support patient and provider inquiries, maintain EMR and document systems, participate in on-call rotation, and uphold HIPAA and organizational privacy standards while meeting performance metrics.

Lead and build a data science organization to create a prediction engine for vendor matching, order routing, and supply chain optimization. Anchor projects to P&L, design measurement and experiment frameworks, ship rapid wins, hire and coach data scientists, work hands-on in modeling and technical design, partner with product and engineering (Snowflake), and evolve systems toward agentic AI while reporting impact in dollar terms.
