Processes and validates DME orders, patient information, prescriber details, and equipment requests. Responds to inquiries, coordinates with providers, advocates for patients, maintains accurate records, protects confidential health information under HIPAA, resolves escalated issues, meets service and productivity goals, and identifies workflow improvements. This is a fully onsite role in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Review, validate, and maintain DME medical documentation to ensure payer, clinical, and regulatory compliance.
