Lead design and delivery of HV/MV substation and utility interconnection projects for hyperscale data centers. Manage multiple projects from design through construction support, coordinate with utilities and vendors, develop design documents and standards, review protection/control and structural designs, prepare RFPs, conduct site visits and construction reviews, and support testing and turnover while identifying improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.

Lead design and delivery of high/medium-voltage substation and utility interconnection projects for hyperscale data centers. Manage projects from design through construction support, coordinate with utilities and vendors, review designs and protection/control systems, prepare RFPs, perform site visits, and support testing and turnover activities.

Lead technical design, configuration, integration, and support of the Oracle HCM platform. Build and maintain integrations, manage security and data migration, oversee releases and testing, troubleshoot system issues, create technical documentation, and mentor team members to ensure reliable, scalable HCM solutions.
