Switch Technology Benefits Overview

Lead strategic revenue growth across hyperscale and enterprise accounts. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, manage complex multi-year sales pursuits, negotiate commercial agreements, maintain forecasts, and partner with engineering, operations, finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams. Represent Switch at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events while identifying expansion opportunities, alliances, and ecosystem partnerships.

Supports manufacturing and delivery of mechanical cooling equipment for data centers. Evaluates supplier readiness, production capacity, manufacturing processes, quality, and field performance; identifies improvements; manages supplier reviews and issue resolution; and collaborates with engineering, sourcing, construction, suppliers, and contractors. Requires 25–50% domestic travel to supplier facilities and construction sites.

Owns reliability analysis for mission-critical electrical systems in data centers. Develops electrical BIA and FMEA packages, defines monitoring and maintenance strategies, validates one-line diagrams and redundancy assumptions, and recommends testing, spare-parts, redesign, and risk-reduction actions. Supports root-cause analyses, commissioning, vendor reviews, workshops, and design changes while communicating technical risks and tracking reliability improvements. Requires travel of 25% to 40% and occasional maintenance-window support.
