Develop, test, troubleshoot, and support high-volume software applications in an Agile environment. Collaborate with architects, product teams, customers, and engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews, automated testing, production monitoring, security and privacy practices, and root-cause analysis. Use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly across coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery while maintaining accountability for software quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Leads the Product Development Lifecycle across Product Innovation, Software Engineering, and Product Quality. Establishes governance, metrics, dashboards, tooling strategy, investment frameworks, and cross-functional operating practices. Drives AI adoption throughout product operations, improves lifecycle efficiency, and partners with senior leadership on prioritization and resource alignment. Builds and manages the product operations function while fostering continuous improvement and organizational transformation.

Provides senior corporate, regulatory, commercial, healthcare, privacy, and intellectual property legal counsel. Drafts and negotiates customer, vendor, licensing, data use, and other business agreements; advises on product compliance, contracts, marketing materials, and risk strategies; manages legal projects and outside counsel; and supports federal, state, and industry compliance activities.
