Teams at Surescripts

Lead design, build, and operation of an enterprise medallion data lake on BigQuery. Manage data engineering team, own ingestion/onboarding, enforce data contracts and SLAs, ensure pipeline reliability and observability, control platform costs, and contribute to platform strategy and governance.

Serve as the technical authority for the Enterprise Data Platform, defining enterprise data architecture, canonical data and semantic models, externalization and API principles, and AI/knowledge-graph ready designs. Lead solution architecture, govern semantic layers and Collibra integration, chair architecture reviews, shape technology roadmap, and partner with platform and trust teams to ensure consistent, governed data products across delivery teams.

Lead commercial strategy and market adoption for Prior Authorization and Electronic Benefit Verification products. Own 3-year growth plans, pricing, ROI models, early adopter programs, key deals, cross-functional alignment, and customer relationships with payers, PBMs, EHRs, pharmacies, and prescribers. Monitor regulatory/standards landscape and represent Surescripts externally.
