Monitor regulatory/standards landscape and represent Surescripts externally.

Lead commercial strategy and go-to-market for Surescripts' data and analytics products. Own the 3-year growth plan, pricing and ROI models, early adopter programs, key deals, customer relationships, and cross-functional alignment to drive product-market fit and revenue for data licensing, analytics, and AI-enabled offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions (generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, predictive models). Own architecture, deployment, responsible AI standards, vendor evaluations, prototyping, CI/CD/LLMOps, monitoring, and mentor engineers while aligning solutions to business outcomes and regulatory best practices.

Lead strategy, commercialization, go-to-market planning, roadmap and lifecycle for an assigned health IT solution portfolio. Manage financial planning, build business cases, drive customer and partner relations, ensure regulatory alignment, collaborate cross-functionally, recruit and lead teams, and partner with Data & Analytics to create commercial solutions.

Lead product strategy, roadmap and releases for medication history solutions. Own feature prioritization, user research, Aha! roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, go-to-market activities, and mentor junior product staff.
