Prepare customized quotes, respond rapidly to inquiries, build long-term customer relationships, develop PEMB product knowledge, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline records. Manage full lifecycle of custom steel building projects from contract handoff through design, manufacturing, delivery, and closeout. Serve as single point of contact for customers and internal teams, maintain schedules and financials, manage change orders, ensure on-time execution with ERP/MBS/CRM recordkeeping, and produce status reports for leadership.
