Leads Sunbird’s global pre-sales engineering organization, including team development, recruiting, resource planning, technical sales execution, discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and sales-to-services handoffs. Partners with Sales, Product, Services, and Support to improve technical win rates, POC conversion, customer outcomes, and execution consistency. The role manages strategic opportunities, enables sales teams, governs technical evaluations, and translates customer and competitive insights into actionable product feedback.
