Own lead routing and distribution, build sales automations and workflows, support new go-to-market initiatives, produce reports and custom data outputs, and use AI-powered tools to organize data into actionable insights. The role partners closely with sales leaders and marketing in an office-first Boulder environment.

Manage inbound cancellation cases and proactive outreach to at-risk merchants, providing personalized solutions, training, troubleshooting, and re-onboarding to reduce churn. Maintain high-volume call and resolution workflows, meet retention and revenue-protection KPIs, and surface recurring customer issues. The role requires strong objection handling, de-escalation, communication, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with POS or payment processing systems.

Design, automate, and standardize cloud infrastructure and developer tooling for US engineering. Bridge the US Platform team with global platform infrastructure, improve observability and incident response, build self-service tooling, and lead migration into a unified platform to increase deployment reliability and developer productivity.
