Sumo Logic is looking for a Director of Competitive Intelligence who is passionate about defining and enabling the sales organization and partners with winning competitive strategies. In this role, you will oversee a small team, while remaining hands-on and front/center with internal leadership and prospective customers. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and passionate about competitive research to uncover and articulate competitive advantage, have deep insights into real-world customer issues, DevOps and/or Security buyer needs. You will work closely with Sumo Logic Sales organization, Product Management and Product Marketing teams to position Sumo Logic's solutions and related tools against competitors in the marketplace.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be working on reinforcing our leadership in the mid-market space. You should demonstrate skills associated with working in a high-performance sales culture, especially demonstrating pipeline management, lead generation, contact network development and delivering results against a quota.  The Mid-Market Account Executive team's charter is to provide the best sales experience possible to Sumo Logic’s mid-market segment customers. This team has a consultative sales approach, a track record of growing sales, demolishing quotas, and keeping customers happy and wanting to dive more into our product. 

To support our business needs, we are building one of the largest big data infrastructures for cybersecurity in the cloud. In addition to relying on big data compute engines, we are also building an ecosystem of tools and services that allow all Sumo Logic teams to leverage the platform as a cohesive service. Within the Sumo Logic platform, we have a team whose sole focus is to build tools and services to improve the reliability of the platform. As a member of the team, you will help drive operational excellence for this ecosystem of complex large-scale systems by re-imagining how we would automate and build tools to lower operational barriers, improve visibility on problematic areas, support scale of the platform, and provide a safe and secure environment for other teams.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be working on reinforcing our leadership in the commercial space by demonstrating a consultative sales approach, pipeline management, lead generation, contact network development, and delivering results against a quota. This person will provide the best sales experience possible to Sumo Logic’s customers.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for existing key customer accounts in the Customer Success organization. You will proactively advocate for the customer -- focusing on high levels of adoptions to ensure customer satisfaction and be responsible for all renewals within your accounts. You will identify key MBOs from customers and drive adoptions programs, milestones and creation of customer champions as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building deep customer relationships and proactively driving adoption and expansion across multiple use-cases within their customer base. Ideally, you hail from a SaaS or services company. You will need to be a great listener, strong communicator, as well as a curious and creative problem solver.  It’s important that you have worked in a role where you demonstrated the ability to drive customer adoption and advocacy rather than acting primarily as an escalation point for customers in a reaction-based customer service model.
