Corporate Counsel, Clinical Contracts will draft, review, negotiate, and execute clinical and commercial agreements, including clinical trial agreements, CRO contracts, research agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements. The role partners with clinical, regulatory, quality, finance, medical affairs, and other business teams to identify risks, ensure compliance, manage contract processes, and support company objectives. Candidates must provide sound legal and commercial judgment in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment.
