Teams at Suki

Manage a portfolio of SMB/group healthcare customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Suki products. Build relationships with clinical and IT stakeholders, onboard and train users, run business reviews, resolve escalations, forecast in SFDC, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to uncover new opportunities and grow account footprint.

Own net-new partner sales for the Suki Platform in EHR, telehealth, care management, and revenue cycle verticals. Build C-suite and clinical/IT relationships, qualify and close new logo opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, translate client needs into platform integrations, and travel extensively (40%–60%).
