Develop and execute territory sales plans, grow repeat and new customer accounts, conduct regular in-person sales visits, close opportunities, and achieve revenue, margin, and market-share targets. Build relationships across the manufactured housing market, maintain sales activity records, support account setup and issue resolution, provide product expertise, contribute to forecasting, and attend industry events. The role includes regular overnight travel and collaboration with branch and internal teams.
