Leads the design and delivery of HVAC and mechanical building systems across commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, government, and public-sector projects. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, system sizing, equipment selection, energy modeling, construction documentation, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, client communication, project planning, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a PE license, Revit and BIM proficiency, and at least seven years of relevant experience.

Leads electrical engineering design and delivery for building and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Prepares calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; serves as Engineer of Record; supports construction administration; ensures code compliance; mentors junior staff; and contributes to client relationships, project management, and business development.

Leads technical architecture and construction document production from Design Development through Construction Documents. Oversees Revit model quality, specifications, code compliance, technical detailing, multidisciplinary consultant coordination, and document quality. Mentors production staff, contributes to national technical standards and tools, and supports proposals with project narratives and technical content.
