The Senior Engineering Operations Manager will guide transit agency clients on operational strategies, maintenance planning, and system readiness, leveraging extensive experience in public transit operations.

The ORAT Project Manager will oversee operational readiness activities for aviation projects, manage stakeholder engagement, and develop training and transition plans.

Lead technical scoping and delivery of GHG inventories, whole-building energy simulations, and multi-facility decarbonization roadmaps. Consolidate simulation toolchains, automate sustainability data integration, evaluate low-carbon systems, translate energy data for executive reporting, and manage sustainability software and R&D partnerships to advance building performance and compliance.

Lead reality-capture and geospatial data efforts including UAV/UAS, LiDAR, scanning, photogrammetry, and GNSS. Process and quality-control data, produce deliverables (point clouds, orthomosaics, surface and existing-conditions models), integrate data into Civil 3D/OpenRoads/ArcGIS/MicroStation workflows, support survey and construction deliverables, improve workflows and automation, and provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary project teams.

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing financial performance reports.
