Provide clinical and technical support for joint replacement surgeries using Mako robotic and manual procedures. Assist with pre-operative CT planning, implant sizing, OR setup, intraoperative troubleshooting, inventory/logistics, account coordination, training events, and on-call coverage. Build surgeon relationships, complete required certifications, and collaborate with sales to ensure safe, efficient operative outcomes.

The Upper Extremities Sales Associate will support sales representatives, attend surgeries, educate medical staff on product use, and manage customer relationships in the territory.

Lead GPO and IDN contract strategy, set pricing to drive sales and protect market share, and align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to deliver strategic goals. Build enterprise customer relationships, use data for program value, lead negotiations, and develop pricing and contract initiatives to grow sustainability solutions.
