Provides advanced technical enablement and support for enterprise healthcare customers. Defines requirements, support processes, deployment approaches, documentation, training, and operational readiness for new clinical communication and workflow solutions. Partners with cross-functional teams, improves serviceability and scalability, supports clinical end users, troubleshoots technical issues, advises customer stakeholders, mentors colleagues, and provides account coverage. The role requires healthcare IT experience, clinical integrations knowledge, database systems experience, and up to 50% travel.

Own the hardware portfolio strategy and roadmap for wearable healthcare devices. Lead product development with engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical teams; define positioning, value propositions, pricing, forecasting, and business cases; analyze customer insights and competition; integrate wearables with software, mobile, RTLS, and connectivity platforms; and monitor portfolio performance KPIs.

Finance or accounting interns support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, monthly close, and process improvement. They create reports and templates, use ERP systems and Excel to optimize reporting, communicate budget variances, and collaborate on cross-functional and intern case study projects.
