Manage and align risk policies, workflows, and due diligence with financial partners. Evaluate merchants, identify trends, use data to drive process improvements, and build scalable operational controls and reporting to mitigate partner and regulatory risk.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel to product, engineering, and partnerships teams on Stripe products. Draft and review product terms and documents, advise through product lifecycle from scoping to launch, monitor laws on consumer financial data access, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmap and compliance.
