Provides PRN pharmacy coverage, accurately evaluates and dispenses medications, counsels patients and prescribers, supervises pharmacy technicians, manages inventory and pharmaceutical disposal, supports medication safety and 340B compliance, handles payment transactions, prepares reports, and collaborates with healthcare teams to improve patient care.

Provides PRN pharmacy coverage by evaluating prescriptions, dispensing medications, counseling patients and prescribers, managing drug inventory, supervising pharmacy technicians, overseeing pharmacy operations, reporting errors, and ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. The role also handles payment transactions, pharmacy data reporting, patient confidentiality, and safe medication disposal while supporting continuity of patient care.

Screens patients for eligibility across Medicaid, Medicare Savings, Child Health Plan Plus, and other assistance programs. Registers and interviews patients, verifies demographic and financial information, completes applications and redeterminations, resolves enrollment discrepancies, and communicates screening outcomes. Provides case management and customer service while protecting confidential information. Collaborates with Patient Accounts, maintains accurate records, completes pending and self-pay reports, and may travel among clinics.
