Provides PRN pharmacy coverage by evaluating prescriptions, dispensing medications, counseling patients and prescribers, managing drug inventory, supervising pharmacy technicians, overseeing pharmacy operations, reporting errors, and ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. The role also handles payment transactions, pharmacy data reporting, patient confidentiality, and safe medication disposal while supporting continuity of patient care.

Screens patients for eligibility across Medicaid, Medicare Savings, Child Health Plan Plus, and other assistance programs. Registers and interviews patients, verifies demographic and financial information, completes applications and redeterminations, resolves enrollment discrepancies, and communicates screening outcomes. Provides case management and customer service while protecting confidential information. Collaborates with Patient Accounts, maintains accurate records, completes pending and self-pay reports, and may travel among clinics.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing across a clinic and four school-based health centers. Oversee hiring, training, staffing, compliance, policies, supplies, and scheduling; deliver direct patient care within nursing scope; partner with senior leadership to align nursing with population health and integrated services; coach and build high-performing teams; support regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Enroll patients in public and discount health programs by registering, verifying eligibility, completing applications, managing redeterminations, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with Patient Accounts, and maintaining confidentiality and program knowledge. Provide customer service, meet audit accuracy targets, and assist across clinics as needed.
