Install and terminate copper (up to CAT6A) and SM/MM fiber, mount displays/video walls, install AV/IT racks and projectors, test and record cabling, travel to Colorado Springs sites, maintain gov-site compliance, and pass background/DMV checks. Requires AV and BICSI certifications and security clearance.

Provide HR business partner and generalist support across multiple locations or client accounts: employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, leave and benefits administration, HR compliance, investigations, policy development, and cross-functional HR coordination to deliver consistent employee experiences.

Lead and grow the IT & Cybersecurity division as the company CIO. Oversee strategy, operations, client service delivery, compliance (CMMC, NIST, M365 security, GRC), financial performance, and internal IT. Drive AI, automation, and analytics strategy, governance, and scaling while mentoring teams, managing vendors, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Support leadership and occasional client travel.
