Leads enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and hiring analytics. Advises senior leaders, manages and develops the recruiting team, improves full-cycle recruiting processes, and evaluates applicant tracking, AI, and automation technologies. Establishes recruiting KPIs, strengthens talent pipelines, supports employer branding, and ensures compliant, responsible use of AI while improving candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Lead buy- and sell-side financial accounting due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. Supervise analysts, analyze financial statements, perform quality-of-earnings and working capital assessments, review audit workpapers, produce due diligence reports, lead client meetings, support purchase agreement analysis, drive business development, and participate in hiring and training. Role requires travel up to 50%.

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence engagements, oversee quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analyses, translate findings into actionable insights, advise on deal documents, manage multiple teams and engagements, build client relationships, drive business development, and coach and develop staff.
