Design and adapt creative assets across print, digital, email, social, retail, and wholesale channels. Produce catalog layouts, campaign visuals, displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials while maintaining brand standards and production quality. Curate lifestyle imagery, prepare production-ready artwork, manage concurrent projects in Asana, and collaborate with Brand, Art, E-Commerce, copywriting, and marketing teams. The role combines detailed production work with creative concept development and presentation.

Lead retention marketing to drive repeat revenue and customer lifetime value across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, affiliates and loyalty. Own retention strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and reporting. Optimize lifecycle flows, reactivation and frequency, evaluate incrementality, and partner cross-functionally. Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate with agencies and creative teams to deliver personalized, performance-driven retention programs.

Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers across a 220+ multi-state workforce. Manage employee relations, investigations, workers' comp, recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, compliance with multi-state employment laws, and continuous HR process improvement. Partner with the Director on complex matters and support retail locations.
