Leads and grows the engineering organization, sets technical strategy and roadmap, oversees execution across multiple teams, and provides technical direction on architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and quality. Partners with Product, Design, Operations, Risk, and the CTO to deliver customer-focused financial products. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing engineering leaders, improving processes, removing organizational bottlenecks, and balancing product delivery with long-term platform and infrastructure investments.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll build and deploy ML models for risk and fraud detection, leading technical efforts and collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead product design and UX strategy for growth initiatives (signup, onboarding, rewards, gamification) across mobile (iOS/Android) and web. Drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, mentor other designers, improve processes, and contribute to the Step Design System. Must ship consumer-facing products, communicate design decisions clearly, and maintain high visual and interaction quality. Portfolio required.
