Design and document speech Voice User Interfaces (VUI/IVR), perform requirements discovery, prompt scripting, and speech tuning. Follow established processes and formats, produce extensive documentation, communicate with clients, manage priorities, and work autonomously or on a team. Overtime, nights/weekends, and up to ~25% travel may be required. Multi-lingual, GVP, transcription, and technical writing experience are a plus.

Perform site surveys and hands-on L2/L3 engineering of Cisco equipment, design/configure and troubleshoot routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS), MPLS/ATM, VoIP, and load balancers. Execute physical and logical IMAC, maintain inventory and change tickets, develop LAN cabling designs (Cat5/Cat6/Fiber), and coordinate small projects with other IT teams. Local Colorado candidates; travel and valid driver's license required.

Provide first-line end-user technical support via phone and email; identify, research, and resolve hardware/software issues; document and track incidents to resolution following established guidelines. Relies on instructions and standard procedures; requires ~1 year experience or equivalent education.
