Administer the full lifecycle of subcontracts for US Federal programs, including procurement, solicitations, bid evaluation, price analysis, awards, modifications, compliance, closeout, and recordkeeping. Ensure FAR and DFARS requirements are flowed down, maintain vendor databases and procurement files, negotiate contract terms, support audits, advise internal teams, and manage relationships with project and vendor personnel.

Supports project managers with financial execution, project accounting, budgets, schedules, earned value management, change orders, invoicing, accounts receivable, estimate-to-complete analysis, risk tracking, and contract compliance. The role coordinates with project accountants, subcontractors, clients, finance teams, and leadership while maintaining project reports, reviewing expenses, supporting work plans, and improving project controls processes.

Develop and scale AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and intelligent automation solutions across Buildings. Responsibilities include designing AI agents and workflows, identifying automation opportunities, delivering training and adoption programs, supporting governance, integrating Microsoft platforms, and measuring business value through analytics and reporting.
