Leads multidisciplinary teams, supports business development and proposal pricing, coordinates consultants and vendors, engages regulatory agencies, and mentors staff. Requires strong financial, communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with travel to offices and project sites.

Leads hydrogeological modeling and mining water management projects from concept through execution. Responsibilities include developing groundwater flow models, designing evapotranspiration covers, managing site investigations, preparing technical reports, overseeing quality assurance, supporting proposals and business development, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients, agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. National or international travel is expected.

Provides mechanical engineering services for hydroelectric and water-resource projects involving turbines, generators, pumps, and motors. Responsibilities include design calculations, CAD modeling, manufacturing plans, specifications, cost estimates, quality control, inspection and testing, field measurements, commissioning support, root-cause analysis, condition assessments, and client and supplier coordination. The role includes office-based design work and up to 20% domestic and international field travel.
