Manages electronic and hardcopy project documentation, document repositories, metadata, filing conventions, workflows, records, and project closeout materials. Provides document control guidance and training to project teams, performs quality reviews, loads documents, maintains document control plans and logs, and resolves end-user questions. Ensures documentation complies with business, legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.

Manages medium to large, multidisciplinary power generation engineering projects from proposal through completion. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, staffing, procurement, quality, risk, stakeholder communications, permitting, project performance, client relationships, change orders, and contract execution. Supports business development, analyzes profitability and resource utilization, maintains project records, and mentors project managers. Projects may involve thermal generation systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, reciprocating engines, and balance of plant design.

Leads complex control systems engineering projects across power, microgrid, water/wastewater, industrial automation, and CHP applications. Designs and evaluates DCS, PLC, instrumentation, HMI, and SCADA systems; develops technical documentation; provides client and construction support; participates in commissioning; signs and seals engineering deliverables; and supports proposals, estimating, and business development.
