Provides marketing, communications, and graphic design support for corporate and market initiatives. Creates and formats collateral, presentations, digital content, social media graphics, and branded materials. Drafts and edits communications, supports website and internal platform updates, coordinates conferences and sponsorships, organizes design assets, maintains brand standards, and assists with marketing metrics. Collaborates with internal stakeholders across markets while managing multiple deadlines.

Develop and manage integrated organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, display, and web channels. Create ad copy, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes; collaborate with graphic designers; coordinate launches; maintain brand voice; monitor analytics and ROI; conduct A/B testing; and optimize campaign performance. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing best practices, AI search trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Leads architectural design for complex projects, developing concepts, criteria, working drawings, and complete construction documents. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages project information, monitors technical accuracy, schedules, and budgets, supports proposals, and may supervise architects and project members. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
